Zhe has majored in architecture and urban planning, and has a broad range of experience across all facets of real estate development, from architectural design, urban planning, project management to real estate development.
He is passionate about urban regeneration and development and is an active property developer in Auckland. Having played various roles in the real estate industry, Zhe is best equipped to help clients minimize time and cost, and at the same time, maximize return.
Having studied in the UK and New Zealand, Yanni is committed to delivering architectural design of the highest standard with a keen interest in sustainability. Yanni leads teams to deliver well thought out medium-density residential developments including apartments and terraced houses in Auckland and Queenstown.
Designing smart solutions for tricky sites can be demanding, but it’s a task Yanni relishes. She oversees every detail of a project, working to deliver amazing outcomes while collaborating with clients and coordinating consultants simultaneously.
She has a thorough understanding of the New Zealand Building Code and the Resource Management Act. She is a LEED accredited professional with expertise in the design and construction phases for the U.S. Green Building Council since 2015.
Shiwei has been in consulting industry for more than a decade. He promoted the residential development around Auckland and assisted a number of developer completing all the projects.
Xinyue has worked for top design companies in the US, Europe and China. Having completed her Bachelor degree in Beijing, and Master in Los Angeles, Xinyue has been exposed to various built environments and has learnt from the best.
During her years in Auckland, Xinyue has worked on a variety of projects of different sizes and nature, from comprehensive 100 plus unit residential developments, conference facilities, to high-end single houses. She is keen to deliver high quality designs , using creativity and communication to find the best solution.
Jiaran graduated architecture with honour from University of Liverpool in UK 2012 and has professional experience working in New Zealand and China over one decade.
He has developed the skills to work on architecture projects at various stages and scales and his professional work experience has given him a broader vision of design by developing his in-depth analytical and creative skills.
Jiaran brings a high level of design and technical proficiency to all range of projects including commercial, education, culture, hotel and housing.
Having studied both Bachelors and Masters of Architectural Studies in New Zealand, Celine joined our team as an architectural graduate and started her architectural career here at KPC. She is committed to a variety of projects’ preliminary design stages and has high standards for design solutions and aesthetics.
Being a self-motivated and determined individual she is keen to fulfil a lifelong journey in the architecture industry with creativity and intelligence.
Ruini has started her career in construction industry since 2015 during her study diploma in architectural technology.
Before joining KPC, Ruini completed her study in 2016 and spent most of her career in the NZ construction industry on residential and subdivisions projects. Having experiences on both renovation projects and new build projects, Ruini offers significant insight and understanding into successful project delivery, bringing personal integrity, honesty and a strong hands-on approach to all her projects.
Michelle Wang
Since completing her bachelors and masters at the University of Auckland, Michelle has since found herself in an array of creative roles as a multi-faceted designer-maker.
She has been involved in the architecture and urban planning industry for a wide range of projects – from prefabricated community housing projects, to hands-on ventures such as renovations and interior design.
Michelle has a strong interest in cities and urban densification as her research focused on radical speculative architecture with an emphasis on public transport and rapid urbanisation. She is determined to contribute to the shifting housing typology of Aotearoa.
Jiaxi(Josh) Liu
Josh has been working in the NZ architectural industry since he graduated from the Victoria University of Wellington in 2018.
Gained extensive experience in liaising with consultants from all perspective to help the client obtain the resource and building consent smoothly.
Always have an eye for detail, problem solving and deliver creative design solution is what he is keen to do.
